Our professional services cover the technical coordination and project management defined in your proposal. Physical manufacturing, laboratory tests, packaging execution, materials, freight and other third-party charges are quoted separately. The proposal will clarify any specialist support included in our fee.
Our role is to help assess and coordinate manufacturing options, not to sell a particular factory’s capacity.

THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK / 04
Dendritic Formula was founded by Juan Da Ros, a biotechnology professional bringing a structured manufacturing and technology-transfer mindset to independent beauty brands.
Juan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Biotechnology and has professional experience in biopharmaceutical quality assurance, manufacturing processes and technology transfer. Dendritic Formula draws on this technical foundation while involving cosmetics specialists when a project calls for specific formulation, regulatory or manufacturing expertise.
The goal is straightforward: help founders understand their options, manage technical handoffs and make clearer decisions on the way to commercial production.
